Service and Spare Parts

We provide service using our service vehicles (currently there are three Renault service vehicles in the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, equipped with spare parts) directly at the customer’s location, and, in the case of larger repairs, at the headquarters of our company or at company branches.

Sales of spare parts (original and non-original) are executed based on the customer’s written order: immediately (spare parts from the warehouse of KIESEL TRADE CS s.r.o. in Plzeň or from the stock in service vehicles), within 24 hours (spare parts from the Kiesel GmbH warehouse in Baienfurt, Germany), or within 12-36 hours (spare parts from the Terex|Fuchs warehouse in Rothenburg, Germany).
